ADMISSION CRITERIA
Participation in Xed Professional Development programs is a collaborative effort among Xed, the participant, and the sponsoring organization.
At Xed we look for professionals who have already demonstrated business talent and leadership potential. Admission is a selective process based on professional achievement and organizational responsibility. To ensure a high-impact learning experience for all program participants, we select candidates from a strong pool of diverse industries, backgrounds, and experiences.
Xed Professional Development programs enrich both participants and their sponsoring organizations and require full commitment from both parties. While participants devote time and intellect to the learning experience, sponsoring organizations agree to relieve individuals of their work responsibilities during the program.

We deliberately design our programs to encourage individual growth and to foster productive interaction among participants. For that reason, proficiency in written and spoken English is crucial.
- Xed accepts applications to its various open enrollment & certificate programs, as well as to individual modules, courses and execution module. Students signing up for courses or for the entire Xed-Thunderbird stream will be expected to do assignments between modules.
- For satisfactory completion of open enrollment programs & individual modules, Xed offers a Certificate of Attendance; for satisfactory completion of a course, a Certificate of discipline-based mastery; for satisfactory completion of the entire Xed-Thunderbird stream, a Certificate in Business Management.
- Xed will base its decision to accept or reject an application only on considerations of class size and mix, relative timing of an application's submission, and the adequacy of a student's preparation, including English language mastery.
