Xed Executive programs offer scholarships to encourage the development of young Saudi entrepreneurs. Scholarships are awarded on merit and are based on each applicant's management experience, leadership potential and potential to influence his organization's performance. Only 2 scholarships in our Global Management Certificate program will be offered this year, one will be awarded to a young female & the second one to a young man. In fact, last year's 2 scholarships were awarded to Mr. Helmi Natto-who is the President of his own business Eye 2 Eye; and Ms. Rania Salama who is the CEO/ Editor in Chief of her own E-Commerce business organization Arabiyat.

The EMBA program in Geneva is designed for a working professional who has global business interests. The format consists of twelve modules, each module lasts for a duration period of a week, and are offered primarily in Geneva, with a few modules offered in other locations for the field seminars and on the Thunderbird campus in Arizona in the United States. As a highly interactive program, the EMBA requires full engagement from the students in a rigorous academic environment. This highly diversified program attracts professionals from across Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Africa ,thereby enriching the experience for everyone.

In a collaborative setting, the enrolled students pursue topics such as cross-cultural negotiations, global strategic marketing, international finance, and regional business studies, in addition to the many courses required to earn an EMBA degree.
