About the Event
We cover the key challenges that female leaders face, as well as evidence-based tactics that can be used to manage them. Additionally, we discuss the unique advantages that female leaders bring to the table. We emphasize that being a woman in leadership presents an opportunity to harness traditionally-feminine characteristics (collaboration, caring, vulnerability) to become an even more effective and insightful leader.
This program will be offered in 3 modules, each of which will comprise 2 half-day (3-4 hour) sessions. Diverse pedagogies will be used in every module including lectures, discussions, debates, self-reflection, case studies, guest speakers, workshops and coaching.
